RO pushes water through an extremely fine membrane that removes dissolved solids, heavy metals, and salts — ideal for hard or high-TDS water. UF uses a slightly larger membrane that removes bacteria, viruses, cysts, and fine sediment, but keeps natural minerals intact — ideal for water that's already low in dissolved solids. We recommend the right one after looking at your water test.
LPH means "litres per hour." We size your system based on your daily volume requirement, your peak-hour demand, and your storage. As a starting point: a typical Kenyan family is well served by an undersink unit; a busy refill station needs 250–500 LPH; a school of 500 students or a small factory typically starts at 1000 LPH and upward.
Yes, especially for whole-house, refill, and industrial projects. A water test tells us your raw water profile — hardness, TDS, microbial load, iron, fluoride — and lets us specify a plant that actually solves your problem. For larger projects, we can arrange the test or work with one you already have.
We're based in Nairobi but we install across Kenya. Site visits and installations upcountry are arranged by appointment, and we handle delivery, commissioning, and operator training as part of the project.
It depends on the system, your raw water, and your daily usage. As a rule of thumb: pre-filters and carbon cartridges every 6–12 months, UV lamps every 9–12 months, and RO/UF membranes every 2–3 years for domestic use (shorter for high-throughput commercial plants). We give every customer a clear service schedule.
Yes — that's exactly what they're built for. Choose a Whole Purifier unit if you'll source raw water from a borehole or municipal line, or a Pure Water Dispensing unit if you'll buy pre-purified water in bulk. Both come with the purification plant, storage with dispensing taps, and a bottle rinser, all on one frame.
